My name is Alex.

Let me tell you who I am and how I came to be at this time in my life

I first studied massage when I was in my late teens after my grandmother passed away and left me some money. I decided to use it for something worthwhile and wanted to help people. I took an ITEC course in Anatomy and Physiology and Massage and having attained my diploma I set up in business. Unfortunately it wasn’t the right time.

I got on with my life and in 2016 met my second wife, Kayleigh who had studied Reiki, intending to be a practitioner, also wanting to help people. We started creating a business together but this didn’t happen because she became ill with cancer and sadly passed away in 2024. I had by then taken another course in Lymph Drainage and was able to relieve some of her discomfort in her last few days.

I now feel I want to continue our dream and have built a massage treatment room in my tranquil, narrow back garden in a peaceful area of Swaffham. Let Lymph Flow was born from this like a phoenix from the ashes.

I am passionate about helping people through their pain, discomfort and improve their well-being so that they can feel better. Over time I intend to add further treatments.

I have two daughters and two stepchildren, my eldest daughter is soon to make me a grandfather and the other one is just 6 years of age. The two stepchildren don’t live with me, but I do still keep in contact with them.
